A licensed professional counselor and anxiety therapist. I specialize in working with self-aware and driven adults who struggle with feeling overwhelmed and anxious. My clients walk away from treatment feeling a greater sense of calm and having the confidence they need to reach their goals.

Why am I having anxiety?

Anxiety is a normal and natural emotion that warns the body and tries to get it to act. For some people, the anxiety system in the brain has a more challenging time turning off and feeling comfortable. It’s not your fault! Together, we can work to understand what is causing your anxiety and help you learn how to work through it.

Does anxiety treatment help?

Yes, anxiety treatment teaches you how to manage anxiety and have a greater sense of calm. Together, we can work to figure out a plan for your specific situation and support you in putting it into action.

What types of therapy do you do?

I offer evidenced-based anxiety treatments, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Trauma Therapy and Solution Focused therapy among other effective methods. During our first appointment, we can discuss what approaches may be best for the type of anxiety you are experiencing.
